FIA Girls on Track announce November webinars

The FIA Girls on Track program’s next set of webinars has been confirmed with two webinars scheduled for November.
 
The first to be held will be the Masterclass on Resume Writing webinar, which will be hosted by FIA Girls on Track Ambassador Nadine Armstrong and will feature Todd Jack Hooker and Katie Light from Williams Racing Formula 1 Racing Team.
 
Hooker, who serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager and Light who leads Early Careers Programme, will give an insight into what a Formula 1 team are looking for during the hiring process.
 
The duo will provide a sample resume and go through what works and what doesn’t in order to grab the attention of a potential employer.
 
Some of the key topics to be addressed will include showcasing ambition, education versus experience, how to stand out and the key to writing a good resume.

In the week following the Masterclass on Resume Writing will be an informative Motorsport Team Roles and Administration webinar, hosted by Girls on Track Ambassadors Jessica Dane and Shannen Kiely.
 
Both women hold crucial roles in the Supercars Championship - Dane has an extensive history in motorsport and is the current co-owner of Triple Eight Race Engineering, while Kiely is the Managing Director of Erebus Motorsport.
 
The two will give an insight into what these roles are, as well as how they contribute to the functioning and success of the team with a focus on what working on a motorsport team looks like and balancing their personal and professional lives.

The Masterclass on Resume Writing webinar takes place on Tuesday 15 November at 7pm AEDT and the Motorsport Team Roles and Administration webinar will be held on Monday 21 November at 6:30pm AEDT.
