One of the major highlights at the Formula 1 Heineken Australian Grand Prix for general motorsport fans is often the hundreds of cars on display around the Albert Park circuit.
 
And as the international event returns this weekend, so does the car display with 28 Motorsport Australia affiliated car clubs to be on show for all four days.
 
Part of the event’s Live Fast Motor Fest, the 384 registered cars will be spread throughout its usual area on the golf course – giving fans the opportunity to visit a variety of car clubs. 
 
Some of the car clubs to be on show during the Australian Grand Prix include the Nissan Datsun Sports Owners Club, Austin Healey Sprite Drivers' Club, Australian Sports Sedan Association, Mustang Owners Club Victoria and the Fiat Car Club of Victoria.
 
With more than 400,000 people expected to attend the event this weekend, the multiple club car displays will allow fans to get up close with a large array of cars appealing to those of all tastes. 
 
Motorsport Australia members are encouraged to visit the car display and support fellow car clubs and grassroots motorsports, as well as find out about membership.
  
The Live Fast Motor Fest Car Display will be taking place on the Albert Park Golf Course on 7-10 April.
