Motorsport Australia Membership Update

Friday 07 August, 2020
Motorsport Australia is recommending emailing [email protected], with the National Office in Melbourne subject to Stage 4 restrictions.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne, there may be some changes to the way you contact us for any Motorsport Australia membership related matters.

Under the current restrictions, the State Government has advised that our staff are no longer able to attend our Melbourne head office, meaning there will be delays on receiving posted forms and applications over the next six weeks.

Motorsport Australia recommends emailing [email protected] for any Motorsport Australia related query in the first instance, with staff working remotely from home to answer all queries as soon as possible.

The Membership Hotline remains active, however due to the remote nature of our workforce and staff working reduced hours, it may be harder to reach us through the hotline, so email is instead recommended for any urgent queries.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unique time.

Anyone waiting on a renewed licence will be able to access their current licence details via the member portal, while event organisers can also check licences via the licence checker in the portal. If you do not have a valid licence card, you will still be able to compete in events by showing your renewed licence on the member portal.
