F1 auction for bushfire relief

The global Formula 1 community has banded together in a bid to donate to the Australia bushfire fund relief with a special auction to take place over the next two weeks.
 
Starting from 22 January, drivers, teams, the FIA, and partners will all contribute to the auction which will see all proceeds go to four charity organisations.
 
The charities, which were selected with the help of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation are Red Cross Australia, WWF Australian Wildlife and Nature Recovery Fund, Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal and the Country Fire Authority Victoria.
 

A variety of high value items will be up for grabs during this auction including the racing gloves and shoes used by Daniel Ricciardo during his first season with Renault, and 2019 race suits worn by Alexander Albon, Max Verstappen, Romain Grosjean and Daniil Kvyat.

 
A number of teams will also be also be heavily getting involved with Mercedes, McLaren, Red Bull, Racing Point and Williams offering meet and greets with drivers and team principals, while Renault and McLaren will be offering factory visits.
 
 
The auction will take place from Wednesday 22 January to Sunday 9 February.
