ARC 2WD Cup ups the ante
Feb 25, 2021, 16:47 PM by Michael Stratus
Trevor Stilling in action during the 2020 Netier National Capital Rally.
Crews competing in the RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship’s (ARC) Shamrock Haulage ARC 2WD Cup in 2021 will have more than just a title and pride to fight for.
This year will be Hoosier Tires Australia’s first full season as the official tyre partner for the ARC, and the company has marked the occasion by upping the stakes for crews in the 2WD Cup.
Each round, the winner of the Shamrock Haulage ARC 2WD Cup will receive four complimentary tyres for the next event, while the second placed crew will win two tyres and third place will receive one free tyre.
The free tyres will be a reward for the smaller crews in the field to assist in reducing costs for the six round Championship.

Business Development Manager for Hoosier Tire Australia, Mitch Dumesny was pleased to get behind the Shamrock Haulage ARC 2WD Cup.
"We're very excited to be able a reward to crews in the Shamrock Haulage ARC 2WD Cup this year," Dumesny said.
"Hoosier Tire Australia and Hoosier Racing Tire have a rich history with 2WD cars through circuit, speedway and drag racing, so it's great to be support these cars at a national rallying level now."
The first round of the RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship begins next month with the Netier National Capital Rally on 26-28 March.
